Nine-year-old Mike and his little brother Kenny must solve the mystery of their neighbor. She was scary, but then she was dead. Unfortunately, Kenny can still see her. She keeps turning up - and stealing their forks.
*Hilarious and spooky, all at once!
Miracle at the Museum of Broken Hearts
Mel's new job at the Museum of Broken Hearts is perfect for her. After all, she's a diehard fan of 'happily ever after', even though her own boyfriend is far away, her new boss hasn't spoken to his mother in years, and all of the mementos around her tell her that, a lot of the time, there isn't a happy ending. When she takes it upon herself to start trying to heal old wounds, she finds that sometimes her daydreams don't work out in real life.
*A sweet and fun story. I really wanted everything to work out for Mel.
Miles just wants to get over his breakup with Emily and move on with his life...or does he? Either way, it's hard to ignore her when she's watching his every move, threatening his life, and destroying his mind. Somehow, this insanity has to stop.
*This story was downright creepy! It's easy to imagine a breakup going way too far, and the author portrays it perfectly.
